As a small business owner myself, I realize that in order to keep my costs down, sometimes I must sacrifice good customer service. After having our signs stolen, we were in a rush to replace them. After contacting a number of sign companies to get bids (they’d get back to me in a few days) I emailed the Bob after hours. I was floored, the owner himself actually responded in minutes! On a whim, I drove out, just to see if he could throw together a few make-shift temporary signs until we could re-order. Not only did we deal directly with the owner, but he managed to make our professional signs in a few hours!! What a dream come true. He will get all of my sign business in the future.
